We deliver across Bangladesh. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us with a photo of the issue to initiate the process.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for live plants unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We’ll notify you via email once the refund is issued.
